Just send your BPO form via email in Microsoft Word format suitable for use with Microsoft Office 2000 with the MACROS ENABLED so
we can fill it out on our computer system and email it back ASAP. We will also attach email digital photos of Street view and Front views
to the BPO form. You will receive this information within 48 hours. If you require a hard copy including MLS print outs, we will attach them
as well or mail them via Priority Mail if necessary. This takes approximately three days though.
The price for a drive-by or Interior BPO is ; $79 dollars U.S. paid in advance via the Pay Pal Link below. If we receive a listing and the
property sells, we always refund your money at the closing table.
The 72-hour time frame begins upon receipt of your Pay Pal Notification of Payment.
